The Westhill Warriors baseball squad (Syracuse, NY), was overwhelmed 11-4 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY)

With the triumph, Cortland moves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Purple Tigers travel to Jamesville-DeWitt (DeWitt, NY) to confront the Red Rams in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Rams come into the contest with a record of 4-1.

The Warriors now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chittenango for a Section 3 Liberty 1 contest on Thursday, May 1.
