New York High School Baseball - Hillcrest loses to Lane
April 23, 2025: Jamaica, NY 11432 Lane Knights (Brooklyn, NY) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hillcrest Hawks (Jamaica, NY), 7-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Lane advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Knights host Flushing (Flushing, NY) to battle the Red Devils in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Devils come into the match with a record of 3-5.
The Hawks now have a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beach Channel for a non-league match on Monday, April 28. Hillcrest will battle a Dolphins squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Forest Hills (Forest Hills, NY). The Dolphins record now stands at 5-4.
