New York High School Softball - Midwood bounces Dewey
April 23, 2025: Brooklyn, NY 11210 The Midwood Hornets (Brooklyn, NY) softball routed the visiting Dewey (Brooklyn, NY), 19-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Hornets now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Street Campus for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 24. Midwood will encounter a Wolves team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Scholars Academy (Queens, NY). The Wolves record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Dewey moves to 2-6 on the season. The host Madison (Brooklyn, NY) to encounter the Golden Knights in a non-league outing on Monday, April 28. The Golden Knights come into the outing with a record of 7-0.
