The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Pine-Richland Rams (Gibsonia, PA) and the visiting Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA), observed Pine-Richland's softball team get by Norwin by a tally of 12-11.

The Rams (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against North Allegheny (Wexford, PA). The Tigers go into the WPIAL 6A 1 bout with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, North Allegheny was nipped by Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA), 3-0, in a league bout.
