The Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC), 20-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Screaming Eagle now own a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Hanover for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 24. Ashley will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, Heide Trask drops to 3-10 on the year. The Titans host Pender (Burgaw, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a challenge on Tuesday, April 28. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Pender lost 23-2 in their recent non-league challenge against East Duplin (Beulaville, NC)
