In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Valley Regional Warriors baseball team scored a nice 14-1 victory over the Portland Highlanders.

The Warriors (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT). The Blue Devils go into the Shoreline - Large game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Coginchaug Regional ran past East Hampton (East Hampton, CT), 11-1, in a league game.
