Maryland High School Baseball - St. Mary's Ryken loses to Walter Johnson
April 24, 2023: Bethesda, MD 20814 The Walter Johnson Wildcats baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (11-4) will now prepare for their match against Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Quince Orchard was overwhelmed by Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD), 8-1, in a non-league match.
The Knights (8-12) will now prepare for their match against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Knights go into the Washington Catholic match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Bishop O'Connell ran past Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC), 5-1, in a league match.
