Illinois High School Lacrosse - Nazareth Academy drops to Marist
April 24, 2023: Chicago, IL 60655 Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL), 16-2 in a league test.
The RedHawks now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Niles Notre Dame for a test on Thursday, April 27. Marist will face a Dons squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Dons record now stands at 5-4.
In their next game, the Roadrunners face the Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) in a test, on Wednesday, April 26. Nazareth Academy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL).
