April 24, 2024: Fithian, IL 61844 The Oakwood Comets baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Paris Tigers to 10 in the Comets non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Comets (10-13) will now prepare for their match against Cissna Park (Cissna Park, IL). The Timberwolves go into the Vermilion Valley match with a 1-11 record. In their last match, Cissna Park by Salt Fork (Sidell, IL), 20-5, in a league match.
