New York High School Lacrosse - East Islip drops to Smithtown West
April 24, 2024: Islip Terrace, NY 11752 In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Smithtown West lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-6 victory over the East Islip Redmen.
The now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Babylon for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Smithtown West will face a Panthers squad coming off a 11-5 league win over Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Redmen face the Center Moriches Red Devils (Center Moriches, NY) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 26. East Islip will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Red Devils come into the test with a 8-4 record after their 13-3 league win over Port Jefferson (Port Jefferson, NY).
