Ocean Township Spartans (Oakhurst, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ), 18-7 in a non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marlboro for a non-league test on Saturday, April 27.

In their next game, the Purple Roses face the Red Bank Catholic Caseys (Red Bank, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 27. St. Rose will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record.
