April 24, 2024: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the RedHawks confront the Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 25. Marist will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Maroons enter the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Triad (Troy, IL).
The Spartans now possess a 5-13 record. They take the field next when they host Lindblom for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. Marian Catholic will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Back of the Yards College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.
