Indiana High School Softball - Delta gets by Monroe Central
April 24, 2024: Muncie, IN 47303 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN) and the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN), witnessed Delta's softball squad tip Monroe Central by a count of 6-5.
The Eagles now sport a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Muncie Central for a non-league match on Monday, April 29.
With the loss, Monroe Central moves to 0-8 on the season. The Golden bears host Wes-Del (Gaston, IN) to face the Warriors in a Mid-Eastern match on Thursday, April 25. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 9-3. Wes-Del lost 8-6 in their recent league match against Wapahani (Selma, IN)
