April 24, 2024: Springfield, VT 05156 The Springfield Cosmos softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Proctor Phantoms to 9 in the Cosmos non-league win on Wednesday.
Coming up next, the Cosmos encounter the Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 27. Springfield will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
The Phantoms (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Long Trail (Dorset, VT). The enter the SVL D outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Long Trail by Poultney (Poultney, VT), 28-2, in a non-league outing.
