Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Weld Central Rebels (Keenesburg, CO), 5-1 in a league match.

With the triumph, Brush advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Beetdiggers host Haxtun (Haxtun, CO) to battle the Fightin' Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. The Fightin' Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 12-3. Haxtun won 11-1 in their recent league match against Wiggins (Wiggins, CO)

The Rebels now have a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Lupton for a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. Weld Central will battle a Bluedevils squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Alameda (Lakewood, CO). The Bluedevils record now stands at 6-9.
