Tremont Turks (Tremont, IL) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cornerstone Christian Cyclones (Bloomington, IL), 15-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Tremont moves its record to 18-4 on the season. The Turks travel to Tri-Valley (Downs, IL) to battle the Vikings in a Heart of Illinois match on Friday, April 25. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 10-2. Tri-Valley won 12-1 in their recent league match against Fisher (Fisher, IL)

The Cyclones now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Teresa for a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. Cornerstone Christian will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-11.
