April 24, 2025: Mardela Springs, MD 21837 The Mardela Warriors baseball team scored 24 runs and held the visiting Salisbury Christian to 0 in the Warriors non-league win on Thursday.
The Warriors now own a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wicomico for a Bayside - South test on Tuesday, April 29. Mardela will play a Indians team coming off a 17-2 league loss to Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD). The Indians record now stands at 0-15.
With the defeat, Salisbury Christian drops to 4-7 on the year. The host Chincoteague (Chincoteague, VA) to play the Ponies in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Ponies go into the test with a record of 6-6. Chincoteague lost 12-3 in their recent non-league test against Middlesex (Saluda, VA)
