Wisconsin High School Baseball - Marshall holds off Superior
April 24, 2025: Superior, WI 54880 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) and the host Superior Spartans (Superior, WI), saw Marshall's baseball team gain a win over Superior by a tally of 4-0.
The Hilltoppers (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Rams go into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Roseau nipped Crookston (Crookston, MN), 13-4, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Superior drops to 5-9 on the year. The Spartans travel to Chippewa Falls (Chippewa Falls, WI) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 25. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Chippewa Falls lost 5-3 in their recent league challenge against Hudson (Hudson, WI)
