April 24, 2025: Hyattsville, MD 20782 The Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD) lacrosse routed the visiting Flowers Jaguars (Springdale, MD), 16-3 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkdale for a non-league outing on Friday, April 25. Northwestern will face a Panthers squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Flowers falls to 5-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD) to face the Clippers in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 26. The Clippers go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Oxon Hill lost 18-8 in their recent league outing against Bowie (Bowie, MD)
