New York High School Lacrosse - Valley Stream Central drops to West Hempstead
April 24, 2025: West Hempstead, NY 11552 West Hempstead Rams (West Hempstead, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Valley Stream Central Eagles (Valley Stream, NY), 11-5 in a league battle.
With the victory, West Hempstead advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY) to encounter the Titans in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 0-8. Holy Trinity lost 8-6 in their recent non-league battle against St. Francis Prep (Fresh Meadows, NY)
The Eagles now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Malverne/East Rockaway for a Section 8 B battle on Tuesday, April 29.
