Michigan High School Soccer - Calhoun Christian knocks off Heritage Christian Academy
April 24, 2025: Kalamazoo, MI 49009 The Calhoun Christian Cougars soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Heritage Christian Academy Eagles to 1 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cougars now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league bout on Friday, April 25. Calhoun Christian will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Lakeshore (Stevensville, MI). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Heritage Christian Academy moves to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles host Fellowship Baptist Academy (Carson City, MI) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, May 2. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Fellowship Baptist Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Algoma Christian (Kent City, MI)
