In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Patrick Henry Patriots (Roanoke, VA) lacrosse squad trounced the visiting Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA), by a score of 16-6.

The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Blue Ridge challenge with a 0-2 record.

Next, the Bruins clash with the Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 28. Blacksburg will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 14-8 non-league win over Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA).
