Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Mars overwhelms Shaler Area
April 24, 2025: Pittsburgh, PA 15209 The Mars Fightin' Planets lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the host Shaler Area Titans to 7 in the Fightin' Planets league victory on Thursday.
With the victory, Mars advances its record to 11-2 on the season. The Fightin' Planets host Twin Valley (Elverson, PA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 3-1. Twin Valley won 18-1 in their recent league battle against Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA)
The Titans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indiana for a WPIAL 2A 2 battle on Monday, April 28. Shaler Area will encounter a Little Indians team coming off a 11-4 league win over North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA). The Little Indians record now stands at 7-5.
