April 24, 2025: Burton, OH 44021 The Berkshire Badgers softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Rootstown Rovers to 4 in the Badgers non-league win on Thursday.
The Badgers now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Geauga for a non-league battle on Friday, April 25. Berkshire will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, Rootstown moves to 7-4 on the season. The Rovers host Aquinas (Louisville, OH) to confront the Knights in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 0-10.
