Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH), 13-3 in a non-league battle.

The Panthers (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Jefferson (West Jefferson, OH). The Roughriders enter the Ohio Heritage North battle with a 12-0 record. In their last battle, West Jefferson prevailed over Greeneview (Jamestown, OH), 5-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH) in a Ohio Heritage South battle, on Monday, April 27. Madison Plains will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 1-12 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Emmanuel Christian Academy (Springfield, OH).
