Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA), 13-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Twin Valley upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Raiders travel to Conrad Weiser (Robesonia, PA) to play the Scouts in a non-league game on Saturday, April 25. The Scouts enter the game with a record of 2-14.

The Mountaineers now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Conestoga Valley for a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 game on Monday, April 27. Ephrata will play a Buckskins squad coming off a 14-4 league loss to Solanco (Quarryville, PA). The Buckskins record now stands at 6-7.
