Massachusetts High School Softball - Acton-Boxborough holds off Nashoba Regional
April 25, 2022: Bolton, MA 01740 Acton-Boxborough Colonials (Acton, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Nashoba Regional Chieftains (Bolton, MA), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Colonials now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wayland for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. Acton-Boxborough will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Dover-Sherborn (Dover, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Nashoba Regional falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Chieftains host North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA) to battle the Patriots in a Midland-Wachusett B challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 3-4.
