The Ticonderoga Sentinels softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Boquet Valley Griffins to 9 in the Sentinels non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Ticonderoga improves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Sentinels host Saranac (Saranac, NY) to clash with the Chiefs in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I game on Tuesday, April 26. The Chiefs come into the game with a record of 2-3. Saranac won 29-21 in their recent league game against Plattsburgh (Plattsburgh, NY)

In their next game, the Griffins clash with the Chazy Eagles (Chazy, NY) in a Section 7 Mountain Valley game, on Wednesday, April 27. Boquet Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
