Newark Yellowjackets (Newark, DE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Newark upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to William Penn (New Castle, DE) to battle the Colonials in a Blue Hen Flight - A test on Thursday, April 27. The Colonials come into the test with a record of 5-2. William Penn won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE)
