New York High School Lacrosse - Gananda Central drops to Wayne
April 25, 2023: Ontario Center, NY 14520 Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Gananda Central Blue Panthers (Walworth, NY), 15-1 in a league battle.
The Eagles now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomfield for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 27. Wayne will clash with a Bombers squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Waterloo (Waterloo, NY). The Bombers record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Blue Panthers clash with the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders (Palmyra, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes battle, on Thursday, April 27. Gananda Central will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 13-1 league win over Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY).
