April 25, 2024: Lenexa, KS 66227 Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders (Wichita, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. James Academy Thunder (Lenexa, KS), 11-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, Kapaun Mt. Carmel upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Crusaders host North (Wichita, KS) to battle the RedHawks in a non-league test on Friday, April 26. The RedHawks come into the test with a record of 5-14. North lost 17-2 in their recent non-league test against Lyons (Lyons, KS)
With the defeat, St. James Academy falls to 3-8 on the season. The Thunder host Tonganoxie (Tonganoxie, KS) to battle the Chieftains in a non-league test on Friday, May 3. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 6-9.
