The Carmel Corsairs volleyball team (Mundelein, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL)

The Spartans (18-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL). The Caravan enter the non-league challenge with a 4-17 record. In their last challenge, Chicago Mt. Carmel was nudged by Marmion (Aurora, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Corsairs meet the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic challenge, on Monday, April 29. Carmel will attempt to move on its 15-9 season record.
