North Carolina High School Soccer - Wheatmore knocks off Thomasville
April 25, 2024: Trinity, NC 27370 Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, May 2. Wheatmore will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record.
The Bulldogs now possess a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Albemarle for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. Thomasville will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to North Stanly (New London, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-11.
