Pennsylvania High School Softball - Southern Huntingdon County bounces Williamsburg
April 25, 2024: Three Springs, PA 17264 Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Williamsburg Blue Pirates (Williamsburg, PA), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Rockets now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Claysburg-Kimmel for a Inter County - East challenge on Friday, April 26. Southern Huntingdon County will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to West Branch (Morrisdale, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-1.
With the loss, Williamsburg falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Blue pirates host Mount Union (Mount Union, PA) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 6-7. Mount Union lost 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA)
