In Friday's non-league game, the host Barrington Fillies/Broncos baseball team scored a close 8-1 victory over the Buffalo Grove Bison.

The Fillies/Broncos (12-5) will now prepare for their game against Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Hawks enter the Mid-Suburban - West game with a 6-14 record. In their last game, Hoffman Estates held off Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 14-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Bison confront the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 26. Buffalo Grove will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 14-3 record after their 6-1 league win over Zion-Benton (Zion, IL).
