April 25, 2025: Princess Anne, MD 21853 The Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD) baseball trounced the host Washington Jaguars (Princess Anne, MD), 16-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Clippers now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Decatur for a Bayside - South challenge on Monday, April 28. Bennett will clash with a Seahawks team coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 14-2.
With the defeat, Washington drops to 2-12 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Pocomoke (Pocomoke, MD) to clash with the Warriors in a Bayside - South challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Pocomoke lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Michaels (St. Michaels, MD)
