In Friday's non-league game, the host St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers baseball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests.

The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Berman Hebrew Academy (Rockville, MD). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Berman Hebrew Academy was tipped by Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD), 9-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Wildebeests play the Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 26.
