The Tolman Tigers volleyball squad (Pawtucket, RI), was edged 3-2 in Friday's league battle with the host Classical Purple (Providence, RI)

With the win, Classical improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Purple host Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI) to encounter the Hawks in a Division 1 battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Hawks go into the battle with a record of 5-2.

The Tigers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westerly for a Division 2 battle on Monday, April 28. Tolman will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Toll Gate (Warwick, RI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
