April 25, 2025: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ) and the visiting Leonia Lions (Leonia, NJ), observed Hackensack's volleyball team top Leonia by a count of 2-0.
The Comets (12-0) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Indian Hills was knocked off by Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Lions battle the Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 28. Leonia will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 0-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ).
