The East Hampton Bellringers softball team scored 24 runs and held the visiting Portland Highlanders to 0 in the Bellringers league win on Friday.

The Bellringers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westbrook for a Shoreline - Large battle on Monday, April 28. East Hampton will confront a Knights team coming off a 19-1 league loss to North Branford (North Branford, CT). The Knights record now stands at 1-6.
