April 26, 2022: Kinston, NC 28504 The Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes lacrosse team scored 9 points and limited the host Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots to 0 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hurricanes (7-6) will now prepare for their game against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 3-12 record. In their last game, New Hanover toppled West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 8-6, in a league game.
The Patriots (4-5) will now prepare for their game against St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Warriors enter the NCISAA - Division II game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, St. David's was overwhelmed by Cary Christian (Cary, NC), 13-3, in a league game.
