Ohio High School Lacrosse - St. Ignatius drops to Varsity Opponent
April 26, 2022: Cleveland, OH 44113 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Varsity Opponent lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-7 victory over the St. Ignatius Wildcats.
The now have a 12-26 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paul Laurence Dunbar for a non-league test on Thursday, April 28. Varsity Opponent will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Western Reserve Academy Pioneers (Hudson, OH) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 28. St. Ignatius will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Pioneers come into the test with a 14-3 record after their 19-2 non-league win over Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH).
