April 26, 2022: Palm Harbor, FL 34683 Palm Harbor University Hurricanes (Palm Harbor, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Boca Ciega Pirates (Gulfport, FL), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Hurricanes now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Lake for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 3. Palm Harbor University will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Osceola (Seminole, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 18-6.
With the loss, Boca Ciega falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, FL) to battle the Green Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Green Devils enter the challenge with a record of 13-8. St. Petersburg lost 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Dunedin (Dunedin, FL)
