April 26, 2022: Gypsum, KS 67448 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS) and the visiting Minneapolis Lions (Minneapolis, KS), saw Southeast of Saline's softball squad achieve victory over Minneapolis by a count of 13-3.
The Trojans now sport a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ellsworth for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 3. Southeast of Saline will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Little River (Little River, KS). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Minneapolis falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Concordia (Concordia, KS) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, April 29. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 9-5. Concordia won 10-3 in their recent league match against Abilene (Abilene, KS)
