Maryland High School Softball - Walter Johnson bounces Quince Orchard
April 26, 2023: Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD), 9-1 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they host Watkins Mill for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 1.
With the loss, Quince Orchard falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Damascus (Damascus, MD) to face the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 15-0.
