Michigan High School Baseball - McBain gets by Houghton Lake
April 26, 2024: McBain, MI 49657 McBain Ramblers (McBain, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Houghton Lake Bobcats (Houghton Lake, MI), 13-10 in a non-league test.
With the win, McBain upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Manton (Manton, MI) to battle the Rangers in a Highland test on Tuesday, April 30. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 2-3. Manton won 6-3 in their recent league test against Lake City (Lake City, MI)
With the defeat, Houghton Lake falls to 2-5 on the season. The Bobcats host Pine River Area (Leroy, MI) to battle the Bucks in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1. The Bucks come into the test with a record of 5-3.
