April 26, 2024: Wayne, NJ 07470 The Madison Dodgers nipped the host DePaul Catholic Spartans softball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Dodgers (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Gaels go into the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Roxbury was edged by Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Spartans now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 27. DePaul Catholic will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 4-6.
