Ohio High School Baseball - Teays Valley wallops Berne Union
April 26, 2025: Sugar Grove, OH 43155 The Teays Valley Vikings baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Berne Union Rockets to 1 in the Vikings non-league win on Saturday.
The Vikings now hold a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lancaster for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye test on Monday, April 28. Teays Valley will play a Golden Gales team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Northview (Sylvania, OH). The Golden Gales record now stands at 10-3.
With the defeat, Berne Union drops to 9-5 on the year. The Rockets host Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH) to play the Bishops in a Mid-State - Cardinal test on Monday, April 28. The Bishops go into the test with a record of 8-3. Bishop Rosecrans won 1-0 in their recent league test against Wellington School (Columbus, OH)
