McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN), 9-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, McLean County advances its record to 12-4 on the season. The Cougars host Warren East (Bowling Green, KY) to battle the Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 6-12. Warren East won 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY)

The Commodores now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paoli for a Patoka Lake match on Tuesday, April 29. Perry Central will battle a Rams squad coming off a 10-8 league win over Crawford County (Marengo, IN). The Rams record now stands at 4-4.
