The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA) and the visiting Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), saw Monte Vista Christian's baseball team gain a win over Milpitas by a tally of 4-0.

The Mustangs (16-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA). The Trailblazers enter the PCAL - Mission battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Rancho San Juan was overwhelmed by Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trojans face the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) in a De Anza battle, on Wednesday, April 30. Milpitas will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 8-11 record after their 8-0 league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).
